From 23 – 26 March 2011 Norsafe will participate through its regional office, Norsafe Watercraft Hellas in Europort exhibition Istanbul. The new lifeboat hook, a real breakthrough in lifeboat safety standards will be presented there.

With 217 exhibitors representing 610 brands from 34 countries and almost 10.000 high quality visitors from 48 countries, this exhibition is the leading international maritime exhibition in Turkey. Norsafe is today a major contributor to the safety of our seafarers and offshore workers. Mr Nils-Arild Henriksen, project manager within the Norsafe Group will hold a seminar “FOCUS ON LIFEBOAT SAFETY” on March 24th (16:00 – 20:00) in the exhibition center. Mr. Henriksen has been also involved in the development of the new on-load hook release system that is complying with current and forthcoming regulations.
